Speakeasy on State Wedding: Laura and Aaron

Hey, friends!! So today I want to share with you a beautiful wedding I had the privilege to coordinate at the Speakeasy on State in Redlands! By the way, if you have not been to this venue in Redlands, you HAVE to check it out! (Pst...tell them I sent you!) It’s gorgeous inside and out and the owners, Dawn and Ariell are so delightful. Their level of service and professionalism is off the charts! :)

Laura and Aaron are a match match made in heaven. Their wedding was absolutely perfect for them and Laura’s dad made their ceremony arch, how special is that! Laura’s colors were navy blue and silver with touches of moon brooches sprinkled throughout the event. She had silver skeleton keys as escort cards for seating and the bridesmaids wore navy blue dresses with a beaded top. Everyone was so sweet and love was totally in the air!! Also, we started the ceremony on time - like really on time! Can I tell you guys a secret? ...we were earlier than the timeline for most of the evening at the Speakeasy on State!!! Whaaaaat!? I know, this bridal party was on it and such a joy to work with. Everyone enjoyed themselves, and most importantly the bride and groom had the time of their lives!!!

Laura wrote me the sweetest review and I have to share it with you!

“Chante from Forever Taeken was wonderful. So organized and amazing. She took what is normally a stressful day and turned it into a relaxed and easy day. I was able to take a nap on my wedding day! Who does that?!? Chante takes the high stress of a wedding day and makes it look easy. She does it with grace, kindness and an organization like I've never seen. I look forward to any future events I have to work with Forever Taeken again. Thank you!” - Laura Sheehan

Okay, so this is what I want for all of my brides!! I want you to feel so relaxed on your wedding day that you are able to take a nap! Let’s think about this...with all the craziness of a wedding and emotions flaring left and right, my bride slept. What does that tell you? It tells you that she totally trusted me to take care of the day. It tells you that she was able to “let go” and truly enjoy and fully immerse herself in the day. It tells you that she took the first step into being a mindful bride. This is my hope for all of my brides, that each of you would experience you wedding day using all of your 5 senses. I will help and guide you through the planning process and give you tips on how to become a mindful bride, like Laura!!

As always, I would like to leave you with a quote:

"Being a guest at your wedding will allow you to truly enjoy every moment." - Chante Gulley
